1. The short version

By using apihub.ke you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use the site.

2. What APIHub Kenya is

We run an API directory for Kenyan and African providers. You can search it, read reviews, join discussions, check uptime stats, and test endpoints in a sandbox. The directory is free to browse.

3. Accounts

Browsing doesn't require an account. Writing reviews, posting in forums, or bookmarking APIs does. Use real info when you sign up, keep your password safe, and stick to one account per person. No bots, no shared logins.

4. Play fair

Don't scrape the site in bulk. Don't post spam or misleading reviews. Don't try to get around rate limits. Basically, use the site the way it's meant to be used.

5. Reviews and forums

What you write is on you. We don't screen posts before they go live, but the community can flag them. If a post picks up 5 or more flags it gets hidden automatically. We can also take down anything that breaks these rules.

6. API listings

Listings are created automatically by our crawlers from public sources. We do our best to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee every detail is correct or that a listed API is still online. Providers can claim their listing to manage it, or ask us to remove it. Removal requests are handled within 48 hours.

7. Who owns what

The platform itself (design, code, brand) belongs to APIHub Kenya. The APIs, their docs, and their trademarks belong to their providers. Your reviews and forum posts stay yours, but by posting them you give us permission to show them on the site.

8. No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep things running, but we can't promise everything will be perfect. We're not on the hook for problems caused by third party APIs you find through us or for decisions you make based on our listing data.

9. Account termination

Break the rules and we may suspend or close your account. You can also delete your own account whenever you want.

10. Updates

We may tweak these terms over time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
